Niagara Produce Pork Florentine

Our Pork Florentine is one of our customers' favorites! It's pork rolled with spinach and provolone.
It looks like this:
The green is all that iron-rich delicious spinach!
To prepare: Bake in the oven with a little water for moisture, covered, for 35-40 minutes.
